Meet our APICS Instructors 

Experienced in industry, government, and academia.

 

Arthur Harvey, CPIM, C.P.M., APICS Master Instructor

Arthur has been a member of APICS since 1987. He has served APICS as Vice President of Education for Southern NH chapter, and a Vice President of Education for the North Shore chapter as well. He has been instructing certification review classes for both chapters since 1993, and is currently an APICS recognized Master Instructor for APICS North Shore, teaching multiple supply chain APICS topics, including Risk Management and Supply Chain Contingency Planning. He has held various positions in purchasing & materials in the North Shore area, and is currently a Senior Buyer at Kiva Systems (an Amazon company).

Bruce Murphy, CPIM, PMP

Frank White, CPIM, CLTD

  Frank White

Frank is currently employed as a Site Planner at Sanofi Genzyme for Label and Pack of Rare Disease Products. He has extensive experience in Material, Inventory, Production Control, and Supply Chain at varying operations environments. In addition to APICS CPIM Certification, Frank holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master's Certificate in Supply Chain Management, both from Northeastern University.

Emily (Muching) Zhang, CSCP, PMP

Emily Muching Zhang

Emily (Muching) is currently a supply chain consultant at Converge Consulting, a boutique consulting firm for the life sciences industry. She has extensive experience in helping pharma and biotech companies build out their global supply chain networks in preparation for commercial launch. In addition to being an APICS CSCP Instructor, Emily is also part of the teaching team for Boston University's Master's-level Global Supply Chains and Operations Management courses, She also serves on the APICS Minuteman Chapter's Board as the Director of Education, and on the Supply Chain Advisory Boards at BU and UMass Boston. Emily holds a Master's in Engineering (Supply Chain) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
